| A: | We are a full-service appraisal company and offer some value-added services to assist you with your liability investigations. We can gather evidence in the way of scene investigations, police reports and photos-only assignments. |

| Q: | Are supplements included in your appraisal fee? |
| A: | Supplements are handled on a case by case basis. If the supplement is simply administrative in nature, i.e. part price increases, there is no additional fee. Due to the rural nature of our operating territory, there is a nominal fee for reinspection requests when hidden damage is discovered during the course of repairs. If a reinspection is needed due to an appraiser error, i.e. missed damage, there is no additional charge. |

| A: | Tri-County Appraisals opened its doors on October 1, 1999 and its owner has been appraising vehicles on the Central Coast since 1987. We are the only privately owned appraisal company on the Central Coast of California. Our long-term presence gives us a unique advantage over our competitors since we are a local company who understands the needs of its clientele. When full state coverage is needed by a client, we can further add value to your company by providing coverage with our network of California appraisers. |

| A: | Most of our appraisers are former body shop owners, estimators, and management personnel who have worked in shops local to their respective territories. We employ Certified Master Technicians and ICAR trained appraisers. The TCA management team has extensive insurance experience as former insurance employees in corporate management, claims handling and claims administrative support. Together, our field appraisers and management staff provide your company with a cost effective appraisal. |
